The Bland Shire Council offers a variety of services for children.

The Bland Pre-School provides educational pre-school programs to children aged 3-5 years and is conducted by qualified teachers and staff. Classes are available Monday to Friday.
The Bland Pre-School is registered with the Commonwealth Childcare Rebate Scheme and receives some funding from the New South Wales Government. more ..

Bland/Temora Family Day Care Scheme is sponsored by the Bland Shire Council. The Sponsor is responsible for the overall running of the Scheme. The Scheme has been operating in the Bland Shire since 1985 and in the Temora Shire since 1991.
The Scheme is licensed through the State Government, Department of Community Services, and is funded through the Federal Government, Department of Family, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaCSIA). Family Day Care is accredited through the National Childcare Accreditation Council. more ..
